Digital Delivery & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales of website templates, digital storefronts, and design files are final. Once administrative access and ownership of the Odoo platform or web design instances are transferred to your registered email address, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

How it works:
* Instant Value: Because digital products cannot be physically returned or "undone" once accessed, you receive full, permanent ownership immediately upon delivery.
* Review Before You Buy: We encourage all buyers to thoroughly review the product descriptions, live previews, and feature lists provided on our store before completing a purchase.

Exceptions:
If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital asset, or if you do not receive your administrative transfer email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately at novaassets225@gmail.com. Our support team will resolve the issue or process a correction as needed.
