Welcome to Nova Assets. By accessing and purchasing from our website (https://novaassets-5.myshopify.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products & Licenses
All products sold on our store are digital website templates and design instances built for the Odoo platform. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or commercial business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the raw design files or template instances.

2. Delivery and Account Transfer
Because our products are digital, no physical shipping is required. After payment confirmation, administrative ownership and platform access to your purchased Odoo website design will be transferred to your registered email address within 24 hours.

3. Accuracy of Billing
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

4. Limitation of Liability
Nova Assets shall not be liable for any hosting issues, third-party platform alterations by Odoo, or technical mismanagement after the administrative access has been successfully transferred to the buyer.
